A Trip to Explore the Vibrant Delhi City- Historical Sites, Food Joints, Shopping and Much More!

Every year, I visit various places to relax and to enjoy my holidays from work. This year, I decided to visit the national capital of India, Delhi for visiting old monuments. This city offers numerous places of historical importance. Delhi has a rich and glorious past and hence, it is dotted with a plethora of ancient sites which attracts history buffs from all over the globe. In Delhi, the glimpse of history captivates its visitors and leaves astounded with its vibrant and rich culture.
As per my vacation dates, I checked the availability of flight ticket from Riyadh to New Delhi. I planned my trip well in-advance; hence, the ticket was available at affordable and cheap rates. Then, I searched for the accommodation option for my stay in Delhi.
As Delhi is the capital city as well as a popular tourist hub, there are many hotels established in the city. Hence, it becomes difficult to choose one from a plethora of excellent options. I short-listed few hotels as per my budget and needs. To finalize my accommodation in the hotel, I read many online reviews on the hotel booking portals and booked one room for my stay.
Sightseeing In Delhi:
Though there are many options to explore in Delhi, I decided to visit all the historical sites and other famous places. As all the places in Delhi are well-linked, I was going to have two extra days as per my travel plan. To make use of these two days, I checked various options to explore in Delhi. I found that shopping is also a great fun in the capital city. So, I planned to visit famous shopping areas in Delhi during my visit.

I personally wanted to make time for visiting:
DilliHaat: Adorned in the traditional way, this famous open aircraft bazaar always attracted me towards it. I wanted to purchase some beautiful handicrafts items from this bazaar to gift some souvenirs to my friends. I read it online that; here ethnic and classy products are available at nominal prices. Also, I wanted to taste the several dishes served in the food plaza of DilliHaat.
Chandni Chowk: It is one of the oldest markets in Delhi. Also, it is busiest of all the shopping areas in Old Delhi. The narrow lanes of this market are divided into various markets which are famous for specific products. This means for silver and gold jewelry, I had to explore Dariba market. Also, I wanted to explore the Kinari Bazaar for zari and zardozi trimmings. For purchasing fabrics like crepe, silks, etc I had to visit the cloth bazaar of Katra Neel.
My Travel to New Delhi:
By the time, I gained information about the sightseeing and shopping places in Delhi, the days passed really fast. As per the plan, I boarded inside the Economy Class of the Saudi Arabian Air. This airline offers luxurious services on Riyadh New Delhi route. I had booked my ticket on the non-stop flight so as to save the travel time.

Exotic Hotel Stay In Delhi:
I had pre-booked Hotel Eurostar International, New Delhi. This 2 Star hotel offered various modern facilities and amenities in the room which made my stay comfortable. The staff of this hotel was friendly and courteous. They offered airport transfer and the travel desk took care of my Delhi trip.
Overall, I enjoyed my trip to New Delhi. I explore all the famous historical monuments and bought many gifts for my friends from the popular shopping areas. The Riyadh New Delhi flights have connected the two cities conveniently.
Because of the helpful hotel staff, my trip to Delhi was well-managed and memorable.
